Obituary
Our dear mother, Betty Lou Uhl, 90, of King North Carolina, passed away peacefully at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem North Carolina on Wednesday, April 27.
Born in Zanesville, Ohio November 13, 1931, she attended St. Nicholas Catholic School. She also graduated from Alamance Community College as an LPN with her nursing career spanning 32 years.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Elizabeth Nichols, her brother Ronnie Nichols, grandson Jusytn Uhl and her furry friend, Sissy.
Her beautiful life will be forever cherished by her five children, Marion Martin of Burlington, Theresa Joyce (Barry)of Burlington, Jimmy Uhl (Jan) of Pfafftown, David Uhl (Judi) of Pfafftown, and Michael Uhl (Jean) of Las Vegas Nevada. In addition, she was a proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
