Betty Tucker Wilson

Betty Reese Tucker Wilson passed away at home the morning of Thursday May 21, 2020 surrounded by her loved ones. Ms. Wilson, affectionately known as Grammie by all who knew and met her, was born in Alleghany County Virginia to Charles and Margaret Tucker. She was a High School graduate of Alleghany High School, College graduate of the Commercial College of Asheboro and was a member of Calvary Christian Church in Covington Virginia. Grammie was loved by all and a very sweet caring woman; family meant the world to her, both blood and honorary. Ms. Wilson was preceded in death by her Mother Margaret E. Ayers Tucker and her father Charles R. Tucker. She is survived by her daughter Angela F. Calloway Roberts (Clayton), son James R. Calloway; sisters Robbie K. Tucker and Anita C. Tucker McFadden (Michael); grandchildren Christopher Roberts (Allisha) and Cynthia Roberts; and, her great-grandchildren Christian Duggins, Noah Roberts, Abigayle Duggins, Gavin Roberts, Tristan Duggins, Keira Roberts, Alexis Roberts, Emma Duggins, and Harley Roberts.
The family will have a private memorial service at home on Saturday May 30, 2020 at 2 pm. Please contact one of the family members for details.
