Jessie Coker Obituary

Jessie David Coker, age 23 of Walnut Cove, born on January 19, 1999, went to his Heavenly home to be with his mother on January 9, 2023.

Jessie was a lover of everything music, his peace came from listening to a good tune. He loved the outdoors, & hanging with his buddies shooting hoops. Jess had the biggest heart for animals, especially his baby boy, GuWop "Wop." He had such a beautiful soul & loved being surrounded by friends & family talking about the good times.

Jessie was preceded in death by his loving mother, Shannon Tilley Coker & his grandmother, Lucille Mabe. He is survived by his father, Charles Michael Coker; grandparents, Mike & Wanda Neal Tilley; brothers, Corey (Taylor) Coker, Austin Tilley & Garrett Coker; sister, Novaly Coker; uncle, Bobby Tilley; nephews, Tucker & Tanner Coker; niece, Josephine Coker; & many other special aunts, uncles & cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
