Ms. Kathy Ann Leonard, age 69 of Winston-Salem, passed away on August 31, 2023 at her home. She went to her Heavenly home to be with her parents, her brothers & one of her sons.
Ms. Leonard was born on April 12, 1954 in Forsyth County to the late Richard & Marcella Roseberry Gough.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister Susan (Butch) Westhall & her son Darren Caudle.
Kathy was a devoted mother & a loving sister.
