In Loving Memory

Perry Randall Spainhower unexpectedly passed away at his home on May 11th 2023 in hometown of Shoals, North Carolina (Age 61). Perry was born to Perry Erastus Spainhower and Barbara Issac Spainhower on January 16 1962.

He graduated from East Surry High School and later on worked in Weaver Fertilizer Plant for several years. In his spare time Perry enjoyed spending time with his nephew Perry Thomas and great niece Elynor he enjoyed gardening and spending time with his neighbors Marty Mcclamrock and wife Barbara and enjoying the company of his loving dogs Levi and Myrtle. 

Perry was preceded in death by his father and mother Perry Erastus and Barbara Spainhower.

Perry is survived by his Wife Kay Bottom Spainhower, two Daughters Tiffan Spainhower and Amber Spainhower. Brother Christopher Spainhower and sister Teressa Spainhower Henderson. Loving Nephew Perry Thomas Wright and wife Jessica and special loving great niece Elynor. And loving Aunt Nelda Brown. He is also survived by several grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Lastly his loving dogs Levi and Myrtle. 

There are no services at this time a memorial service will be held at a later date.
