Obituary

Robert Wayne Sheppard of Blacksburg, VA, formerly from Walnut Cove, NC, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023.

He was born to the late Harold James & Bertha Jean (Price) Sheppard on April 15, 1952. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Michael & Tommy Lee Sheppard.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Tina (Marty) Kelly of Christiansburg, VA & Dana (Jeff) Croy of Pulaski, VA; two sons, Robbie Sheppard & Lloyd Sheppard; wife, Sharon Sheppard of Walnut Cove, NC; one sister, Rosemary Sheppard of Blacksburg, VA; &one brother, Larry (Ruby) Sheppard of Blacksburg, VA. He also leaves behind his faithful & loyal companion of the home, Izzie, his little furbaby girl; as well as several grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
