Mr. Thomas Ray Pennington, 84, of Advance, passed away on April 14, 2019 at Bermuda Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mr. Pennington was born on July 31, 1934 to the late Rudy and Danford Graybeal Pennington in Ashe County, NC.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Belle Pennington and a son Billy Ray Pennington.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Tammy Pennington Hazelwood and husband Tony, granddaughter Kendell Nicole Lambert, grandson Justin Shane Stamey, and great- granddaughter Makayla Lillian Speaks.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 am on April 18, 2018 at Huff Funeral Home with Anthony Roark officiating.
