Obituary

William D "Bill" Cowie passed away early Monday, June 26, 2023 at his home in Winston Salem, NC. He was born in Chicago Illinois on June 18, 1941, to the late Laurette Massie and William C. Cowie

Bill loved to travel. He visited all of Asia, except Thailand. His favorite country was the Philippines. He had a heart for the Filipino people and financially supported several children through school. He loved music, cooking, and growing unique plants.

He leaves behind his wife of 36 years, Virginia, son Joel, and daughter Naomi and their respective spouses Alexis and Micah, and grandson, Liam.

A memorial Service will be held at Triad Christian Fellowship on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023 at 4 PM. Flowers will be accepted at the church or memorial donations may be made to Triad Christian Fellowship.

Carolina Cremation Center is respectfully serving the Cowie Family.
